-
How long does a repair usually take? Most repairs take 30-90 minutes on average. Additional visits may be required if parts need to be ordered.
-
Do you require advance payment? No. I buy all the spare parts myself.
-
Will my equipment be repaired on the first visit? In most cases technicians complete repairs in the same day, however additional visits may be needed if parts must be ordered
-
Do you have a license? All my services do not require a license. I have an Electronic Engineer Bachelor Degree.
-
How fast can you arrive?Usually the next day, but sometimes it takes more time to prepare.
-
Why should I pay for diagnostics if I know the Error number? Most often the error code speaks about the actual problem and not about the source of the problem. For example, a dishwasher heating error - there are a bunch of reasons, some of which are related to the heating element, another heater relay or the control of the main board, etc. So, for sure, first I have to detect malfunctions. After that, I can only call the actual reason.
